WIMR
An Interior Platform Offering Conceptual Design Themes Based on a Quick Personality Test
As interest in interiors is increasing, more and more people are trying various conceptual interiors outside of the traditional furniture style. However, it is difficult for beginners to create interiors that fit the concept by considering various styles and materials. 'WIMR' is a platform that sets 12 trendy themes and sells recommended furniture so that anyone can easily access conceptual interiors.
The title, WIMR, stands for "What's In My Room?" and is a variant of the hashtag #WIMB (What's In My Bag?) that introduces people to their bags on Instagram. A room that could be any concept is compared to a bag that doesn't know what's inside. The main screen shows 12 zippers. Once you read the instructions and select the one that suits you, the zippers open and you can navigate to each themed page.
The project originated from the booklet project(2023, 2 co-workers), which introduced 12 conceptual themes. The twelve 3D graphics and zip-shaped logos were created in collaboration. I recreated this project in the form of a Web Platform to introduce themes in a more accessible way than books.
